These warriors have been a staple of fantasy and folklore since the middle ages and in Chaos Reborn they are the backbone of any Undead army. A Creature Unit designed for offensive manoeuvres, a Skeleton has an attack strength of 30 and can be confidently summoned early in the battle due to its Casting Chance of 75% or Mana Cost of 25. However, some careful deployment may need to be taken into consideration as with only a defence strength of 10 an isolated Skeleton may become vulnerable to stronger Undead creatures or the living if paralysed.
The Skeleton’s Mega-spell is Rattle of Skeletons and brings forth 3 of these duel sword wielding supernatural beings to do you bidding on the battle map. Therefore, it is needless to say that, if you are looking for an easy and effective soldier to swell your Undead ranks, Skeletons are the perfect choice.
Game Lore[]
Motionless figures stood around the excavation, each bearing a weapon and wearing armour. They too stank of magic, spells dark and twisted to Piers’ heightened senses. They too were dead.
Animated warriors, brought back to fight for their new master; Skeletons are dead soldiers who remember little more than their training and martial skills. Any remnant of their past lives remains vague and they are incapable of communication with the living, unless a specifc spell is cast to allow this.
